Meet the People Team

I’m a People & Culture leader who's all about the future of work and a huge advocate of regenerative leadership. I work with progressive businesses who want to grow, learn, thrive and get stuff done!  I joined Zest in early 2026 aligned with our next phase of digital growth.  To keep my mind healthy, I love a 10K run or a yoga session in my garden.

As People Manager, my passion is driving our positive employee relations culture at Zest, implementing effective HR strategies and policies aligned with fostering inclusive initiatives that supports organisational development and our continuous growth.  At home, my idea of heaven is spending time in my garden alongside experimenting with new recipes to try out on friends and watching live comedy.

My Zest journey started back in 2010. I worked on the operational side of the business for many years before moving into L&D. I now enjoy creating engaging learning experiences and training programs for all new hires as well as existing staff. One of my recent goals in life is getting healthier and keeping fit so if I’m not at work you’ll probably find me at the gym or out for a brisk walk with my dog!

As a People Coordinator, I’m passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, valued, and genuinely enjoys being part of the team. I love building a positive, rewarding environment - while also planning our next fun event! Outside of work, you’ll usually find me sea dipping at the beach or tucked away in a cosy coffee spot.

Recently joined, as the Office & Facilities Assistant supporting people and buildings.  I relocated from London in 2025 and prior to that from Andalusia, Spain in 2023.  My passion is travelling, interiors and dogs.
