Meet the People Team

I’m a People & Culture leader who's all about the future of work and a huge advocate of regenerative leadership. I work with progressive businesses who want to grow, learn, thrive and get stuff done!  I joined Zest in early 2026 aligned with our next phase of digital growth.  To keep my mind healthy, I love a 10K run or a yoga session in my garden.

My Zest journey started back in 2010. I worked on the operational side of the business for many years before moving into L&D. I now enjoy creating engaging learning experiences and training programs for all new hires as well as existing staff. One of my recent goals in life is getting healthier and keeping fit so if I’m not at work you’ll probably find me at the gym or out for a brisk walk with my dog!

As a People Business Partner, I love creating a workplace where people feel supported, appreciated, and enjoy coming to work. Whether it's helping colleagues thrive or organising our next team event, I'm all about building a positive culture. When I'm not at work, you'll probably find me sea dipping or enjoying a good coffee in a cosy café.

Recently joined, as the Facilities Manager supporting people and buildings.  I relocated from London in 2025 and prior to that from Andalusia, Spain in 2023.  My passion is travelling, interiors and dogs.
