How do you spend your lunch break?

We’re lucky enough to call Bournemouth our HQ home, which means come rain or shine we can head down to the beach during lunch and breathe in that fresh sea air. Just a stone’s throw from our Zest offices are the famous Bournemouth clifftops, with an easy walking path leading down to one of Dorset’s award-winning beaches, Durley Chine. Aren’t we spoilt?

For us, it’s the mindfulness and boost of energy that a quick trip to the sand gives us - leaving us ready to tackle the afternoon. And of course, no walk is complete without one of our Zest water bottles to keep us hydrated.

Wherever your day takes you, and wherever you’re based, we recommend heading outside when you can, preferably with some pals, even just for a quick walk to make the most of the daylight hours. You’ll be amazed at how much it helps your health during these darker months.
