About the Role: Re-Sales Advisor Responsibilities
As a Re-Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with former customers through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our comprehensive range of products and services. This exciting opportunity is well-suited to those with a positive attitude and a passion for conversing with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in meaningful conversations with our former customers to promote our products.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings to engage customer interest and sales.
- Manage customer enquiries with professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Provide clear and helpful guidance to former customers regarding their needs, questions, or potential complaints.

- 💰 Competitive salary ranging from £20,000 to £22,000 DOE.
- 🏖 22 days of holiday (increasing to 27 with tenure) plus bank holidays.

Desired Skills and Experience
- A magnetic telephone manner and enthusiasm for sales; prior experience is advantageous.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated professional, capable of thriving in a team setting.
- Proficient in utilising own initiative whilst contributing to team success.
